We specialise in transfers to and from UK airports and provide an efficient, friendly and customer focussed service to all clients, whether regular travellers or those making a once a year journey on holiday. We recognise the need to provide a professional, individual service for each client. Our vehicles are licensed to take up to six passengers and we cater for individuals and groups.
From the moment you first make with contact us, we’ll do our utmost to ensure that your booking and transfer go as smoothly as possible. We will provide a vehicle for the number of passengers and the luggage requirements specified by you (you must make passenger and luggage requirements clear at time of booking). You will have an experienced driver with excellent customer service skills and an extensive knowledge of the getting customers to their destination on time.
We can provide a 'Meet and Greet' service, where the driver will be in arrivals with the passenger’s name or company name, whichever you prefer.
We provide up to an hours free waiting time from your point of arrival for all jobs (we consider this reasonable). Anything over and above we reserve the right to charge an additional £15 per hour or part there of.

All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking. Andys Airport Cars will accept no responsibility what so ever for any financial loss incurred by the customer for what ever reason.
Andys Airport Cars, advises customers to allow sufficient time to reach the airport in advance of their flight. As a general rule, we would recommend arriving at the airport, 3 hours before long haul and 2 hours before short haul flights.
Andys Airport Cars cannot accept any responsibility for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. Andys Airport Cars will provide evidence needed by the customer should they need to claim against a third party, such as an airline, for missed or delayed flights.
Andys Airport Cars can take no responsibility for costs of any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.
Andys Airport Cars does not accept responsibility if the passenger/luggage requirements exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. If you are unsure about the capacity of the vehicle booked, please contact us in advance to discuss the best solution.
When booking a pick up on your return to the UK, please ensure that you provide us with the flight number, time and date of your arrival in the UK, and not the time and date of your departure from the airport you are leaving from.
We will provide you with the contact number of the Andys Airport Cars driver, who will be taking you on your journey. If you become aware of any changes to your flight times, please inform the driver.
We do at all times try to ensure that you have the same driver throughout your journey both to and from the destination. There are times where the driver will need to be changed (we reserve the right to do so) and you will be informed about this at the time and will be provided with the name and full contact number of the driver that will take you.
Andys Airport Cars uses their own transport wherever possible but do use third party companies where appropriate.

All bookings must be made through via, telephone or e-mail. Confirmed journeys are insured. All bookings must be made through an operator and it is illegal for private hire drivers to accept journeys directly. We will send e-mail confirmations to all of our passengers, provided they have included a valid e-mail address with their booking.
Andys Airport Cars cancellation policy is clear. We will accept any cancellation made with at least 48 hours’ notice. There will be an administration charge of half of the upward journey cost, to cover costs if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the booking. The cancellation must be made by email. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation. If you do not receive a Andys Airport Cars confirmation email within 24hrs, we have not received your cancellation. In this case please call our number which is 07724 840832.
If a driver attends a collection and the customer has left / been collected by another taxi company we accept no responsibility for this and the customer is liable for the "FULL" Cost of the fare charged.
Refunds will not be made;
In any circumstances where a refund, is requested, this should be addressed directly to Andys Airport Cars at the address on your booking form.
Please note Andys Airport Cars will take no responsibility for customers misreporting the luggage they have. We always endeavour to send a car suitable for the number of people travelling and the luggage you report to us at time of booking. If a driver arrives and find the luggage is excessive for the car then it is the customers responsibility to rectify this before transport to your destination. If you require a larger vehicle please consider this at time of booking but an extra cost will be levied if luggage is excessive.
